What types of products do you sell?
We offer a curated collection of ethnic textiles including sarees, dupattas, embroidered fabrics, and plain fabrics suitable for designing, reselling, or personal styling.
Are your fabrics unstitched or ready-to-wear?
All our fabric are sold as unstitched fabric pieces. We do not offer tailoring or stitching services at the moment. But our Sarees & Dupattas are ready-to-wear.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your desired products to the cart, and complete checkout. If you face any issue, reach out and we’ll guide you through the process.
Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
Yes. For wholesale inquiries or bulk buying, please contact us via WhatsApp or email for B2B catalogs and pricing. We’re happy to assist boutiques and resellers.
Which payment methods are available?
We accept a wide range of secure & convenient payment methods through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway. You can complete your purchase using:

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Returns must be requested within 2 days. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy.
How can I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return, please contact us at support@lodhas.in or WhatsApp us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps. Exchange is only applicable in special cases where an alternative item is available.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days as a gift-card or to your original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or provider.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you return the product for any other reason (like change of mind), return shipping must be borne by you.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer exchanges. However, if there’s a quality issue or error, we will resolve it through return or refund.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but only if the order hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges and timelines vary by location. Please contact us for assistance before placing an order.
How long does delivery take?
~ Domestic Orders: 3–7 working days
~ International Orders: 7–15 working days
Processing time before dispatch: 1–3 working days.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your parcel through our courier partner’s website.
